Welcome back! In this part of the Quick Start series, we’ll walk through how to customize your website using the PhotoBiz Website Builder. Your website has already been created with images, written content, and page layouts—now it’s time to refine and expand it.
Modifying a Page & Adding Blocks
You’ve created your website—nice work! Now let’s take a closer look at how the Website Builder works. In this section, you’ll learn how to navigate the design area, update page content, and add or rearrange blocks.
Take your time as you go. You can pause the video, rewind, or revisit earlier steps whenever you need. There’s no rush—go at your own pace.
1. Personalize Your Website Content
Your website is built using blocks. Blocks are the sections that contain your text, images, and layouts. During setup, PhotoBiz AI placed your images and added written content into these blocks for you.
To personalize a block, simply click on it. From here, you can:
- Swap or add images from your Clipboard or Upload new ones.
- Generate Text with PhotoBiz AI or Edit Manually.
- Switch layouts with one click or view all options.
No coding required.
Customize Your Blocks with Ease
Once your content is in place, you can adjust each block’s settings. This includes changing colors, spacing, and layout options. These tools give you the flexibility to fine-tune each section and better match your brand’s look and feel.
2. Building with Blocks
To add more content, in the right-hand block menu, drag new blocks into your page, where the design area will highlight its placement. Take a few minutes to go through each page, add your own images and text, and your website will come together quickly. Customize blocks by clicking on any block to edit its layout, content, and design settings, choosing either a blank layout or a predesigned option that you can easily personalize. Rearranging blocks is simple—just drag and drop them into any order you like, stacking them or placing some side-by-side for more dynamic layouts. You can also remove any blocks you don’t need to keep your pages clean and focused.
Content Creation with PhotoBiz AI
Need help writing content? PhotoBiz AI is built right into the editor and most blocks with text options. Inside a text block, click Ask PhotoBiz AI and it will generate or rewrite content for you if there is content in the block already.
It’s a great way to quickly create website copy, marketing text, or blog content—saving time while keeping your message clear and professional.
3. The Navigation Menu
You can also arrange the order of your website navigation. To the left of your page content, is the navigation section. You’ll see a list of your pages. The order they appear in is how your navigation is laid out on your website. You can rearrange the order of your pages, rename your pages, and delete pages.
4. Adding New Pages
Need a new page? No problem! Click the new page button, and select between a new page, drop down menu for sub menus, and external link for an off site link.
When you select a new page, you can choose to start with a blank page or one of our predesigned page options, filter by which is right for you and select it. It will auto populate with that page's layout and colors. You can change them as you like.
5. Device Preview
When you’re ready to preview your website, click on the device preview icon. You can see what your website looks like on a desktop computer, tablet, or mobile device. To return to the website builder, click “Back”.
