Pick a Template & Set Up Your Website with AI

Welcome to PhotoBiz: your all-in-one platform for your photography business. Before diving into galleries, sales tools, and marketing, the first step is getting your website online.

In this part of our Quick Start series, we’ll walk through creating your website using the PhotoBiz AI Website Creator, which helps you get online fast by setting up your site’s structure, content, images, and SEO.

Website Creator AI Setup

We'll guide you through creating your website step by step. You can watch the video, pause whenever you need, and follow along with the steps below. From the far-left navigation, click WEBSITE. This opens the Website Builder where you’ll create and customize your site.

1. Choose Your Template

Start by selecting a website template. PhotoBiz offers a wide range of designs, so choose one that feels closest to your style right out of the box.

Every template is fully customizable later—colors, fonts, layouts, and more.

Click the green "CONTINUE" button to move forward to step two.

Tip: Pay close attention to the menu and logo placement. These elements define the overall structure of your site, while everything else can be adjusted later.

2. Add Your Logo

Next, upload your logo to establish your brand on the site.
If you don’t have a logo yet, you can add it later.

Click continue to move forward to step three.

3. Upload Your Images

Upload your images to personalize your site.The first 25 images you upload will automatically replace placeholder images throughout the template. Any additional images will be saved to your clipboard for future use.

Note: After your site is created, you may want to adjust banner images for the best fit.

Click continue to move forward to step four.

4. Complete Your Business Profile

Fill out your business profile with your business name, location, photography type, and preferred tone of voice. This information allows the AI to generate written content and SEO for every page of your website.

5. Create Your Website

Once everything is ready, click Create Website.

After a few moments, your website will be live—filled with your images, written content, and SEO. You can preview your website or jump straight into the design area to start customizing.
